Demand has continued for the Saturday, November 22 Western Conference Semifinal between Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Los Angeles FC at BC Place.
Tickets are approaching 50,000, and additional seats will be made available in the coming days as holds are released.
The upper bowl is open at BC Place, and more than 31,000 tickets have already been sold in the first 24 hours. With three weeks to go, the 'Caps are expected to smash their MLS Cup Playoffs attendance record of 32,066 which was set just over one week ago in the opening match of Round One against FC Dallas.

Whitecaps FC now know their opponent for the Western Conference Semifinal, and it will be a familiar one. The 'Caps will face Los Angeles FC in the MLS Cup Playoffs for a third straight year, but the first time since the arrivals of Thomas Müller in Vancouver and Son Heung-min in Los Angeles. LAFC earned their spot after sweeping Austin FC in their Round One Best-of-3 series.
This is the third time that Whitecaps FC have made the Western Conference Semifinals (2017, 2015), and they will be now be looking to make the Western Conference Final in the MLS Cup Playoffs for the first time in club history.

It took a gritty effort, but Whitecaps FC swept FC Dallas in their Round One Best-of-3 series with a gritty late comeback in Frisco, Texas. Ralph Priso was the hero with a late 1-1 tying goal - became the 21st different goalscorer for Vancouver in MLS play this season, a new single season league record. The 'Caps then kept their composure to win the shootout.
Whitecaps FC will now host a Western Conference Semifinal on Saturday, November 22 at BC Place. Kickoff time is to be announced.
Whitecaps FC won Game 1 with a dominant 3-0 win over FC Dallas to start their Round One Best-of-3 series. The 'Caps became only the second team in MLS Cup Playoffs history to hold their opponents without a shot.
The series now heads south for Game 2, set for Saturday, November 1 at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas. Fans can watch the match live on either Apple TV or TSN, or listen live on 730 CKNW, 101.1 HD3, or CKNW.com.
With limited seats in the upper bowl opened, a club MLS-era record playoff crowd of 32,066 came to Game 1 at BC Place - surpassing the previous record of 30,204 set in 2023 against LAFC.

Due to high demand, the club announced on Tuesday that limited tickets have been opened in the upper bowl.

After a fiery regular season finale, Vancouver Whitecaps FC finished in second place in the Western Conference and will face a Decision Day rematch against seventh place FC Dallas in a Round One Best-of-3 Series.

The winner of this series will face either third place Los Angeles FC or sixth place Austin FC in the Western Conference Semifinals.

With Saturday's epic victory in Orlando, Whitecaps FC moved back into first place in the Western Conference with one match to go. A win or draw on Decision Day this Saturday, October 18 over FC Dallas would clinch first place in the Western Conference for the first time in the club's MLS history. If the playoffs started today, the top seeded 'Caps would play the winner of the Wild Card between (8) FC Dallas and (9) Real Salt Lake, with match one to be played between October 24-27 at BC Place. Playoff tickets are now on sale at whitecapsfc.com/playoffs.

If the playoffs started today, Whitecaps FC would still be locked into the second seed and be facing Cascadia rivals Portland Timbers as the seven seed.
However, the 'Caps do have a game in hand, which they will play this coming Saturday, October 11 at Orlando City SC (4:30 p.m. PT, live on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and CKNW.com). A win or draw would see the 'Caps move into first place in the Western Conference heading into Decision Day.

However the 'Caps still have a game in hand on San Diego FC, who are they are tied with on 57 points at the top of the conferene, and will be looking to jump them for first place.

With a 2-2 draw in Seattle, not only did the 'Caps clinch a record eighth Cascadia Cup, but also a top four spot in the Western Conference, which will ensure home field advantage in the Round One Best-of-3 Series in the MLS Cup Playoffs.

If the playoffs started today, Whitecaps FC would be the #2 seed and face #7 Portland Timbers in the Round One Best-of-3 series. This would be a rematch of the Wild Card match in last year's 2024 MLS Cup Playoffs.

Vancouver Whitecaps FC have officially clinched their spot in the 2025 MLS Cup Playoffs. Results earlier in the day made it official before the 'Caps secured a historic 7-0 win over league-leading Philadelphia Union.
The 'Caps have now made the MLS Cup Playoffs for three straight seasons for the first time in club history, and in four of the past five years.
