The Costa Rican’s 11 tackles were a game-high and the most a Vancouver Whitecaps FC player has recorded in a single match since joining Major League Soccer in 2011, surpassing Matias Laba who twice had 10 tackles in a match.

"Jordan probably hasn’t played as many times as he probably would have liked, due to Fraser Aird coming in the team and doing very well. When you get your opportunity you’ve got to take it and I thought he certainly took it today. He was positive, especially in the second half. He was quite brave in his decisions and he put a number of good balls into the box, so it was a strong performance by Jordan.”
