The top two teams in the MLS Western Conference will face off for the first time on Wednesday when first place Vancouver Whitecaps FC host second place San Diego FC at BC Place, presented by McArthurGlen Designer Outlet. Kickoff will be at 7:30 p.m. PT.
A crowd of over 20,000 is expected, and single match tickets are still available at ticketmaster.ca/whitecaps. For all other ticket options, visit whitecapsfc.com/tickets.

Kid Captain
Whitecaps FC are honoured to have Nihira Kohli from Canada SCORES as Kid Captain for this Wednesday match versus San Diego FC.
Nihira is a remarkable leader in the Canada SCORES program. Her warmth and kindness uplift everyone around her, and she is a true friend to all. For the past two years, she has been an enthusiastic and dedicated participant in the Canada SCORES after-school program at Hjorth Road Elementary. Throughout her time in the program, Nihira has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a supportive teammate and a talented poet. This year, Nihira won the Red Carpet Poetry Slam with her original poem called "Liars and Truthtellers" which explores the value of honesty and telling the truth.

Supporter of the Match
Wednesday's Supporter of the Match will be Gael Amador from Vancouver Southsiders.
Gael has been a supporter for five years, and his favourite moment is going down to Portland and seeing the 'Caps win 5-0. His favourite part about being in a supporters group is making connections and meeting people that have the same interests as me and support the 'Caps.
