PROFILE
Flores is a young box-to-box midfielder who joined Whitecaps FC via one-year in February 2015, then was acquired via transfer after the conclusion of his first season in MLS. In August 2016, Flores joined Honduran side Club Deportivo Motagua on loan through December 2016. In July 2017, he rejoined Motagua for another loan through June 30, 2018.

MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER
2016:
Flores started his only MLS appearance for the year when he played the first half in Week 2 against Sporting Kansas City, before joining CD Motagua on loan from August through December. 2015: Flores started five of his nine appearances in his first year in MLS, making his debut in the 2-1 win over rivals Portland Timbers on March 28. He played all 90 minutes in the 2-1 road win in New England on June 27, helping the ‘Caps end the Revolution’s 19-match home-unbeaten streak.

2017:
Flores made two starts for Whitecaps FC 2 before being loaned out to CD Motagua in July. 2016: Flores started six of his eight appearances on his second USL season, recording one assist in their Week 14 1-1 draw against OKC Energy FC. 2015: Flores started in all of his three appearances for Whitecaps FC 2 in their inaugural season in the USL.

CONCACAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
2015:
Flores started all four matches in CCL action, earning a Man of the Match selection in the October 22 fixture versus C.D. Olimpia in Tegucigalpa in his native country of Honduras.

2015:
Flores made two starts for the ‘Caps in their Voyageurs Cup-winning Amway Canadian Championship campaign.

HONDURAS 
2014-15:
Starting nine times in 12 appearances with Club Deportivo Motagua in Honduran Liga Nacional, Flores played 778 minutes and helped his club claim the league championship during the 2014-15 Apertura season. 2013-14: In his first professional season the San Antonio, Honduras, native started seven of his nine appearances, playing 625 minutes.

INTERNATIONAL
Senior:
Flores earned his first senior international cap, playing 22 minutes for Honduras in their 2-0 friendly win versus Cuba at Estadio Juan Ramón Brevé Vargas in Juticalpa on December 16. Prior to the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Flores was called up to the Honduran two-week pre-Olympic training camp held in July. U-20: Flores also saw international action in the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand this past May and June, where he played the full 90 minutes in all three matches for Los Catrachos. He helped Honduras qualify for the tournament when they finished second in Group B of the 2015 U-20 CONCACAF Championship, where Flores started all five of his tournament appearances, playing all 450 minutes of action. U-17: Flores represented Honduras at the 2013 U-17 CONCACAF Championships, taking a penalty kick in the Third Place game against Canada.

INTERESTING FACTS
Flores took a penalty kick on April 19, 2013 against current teammate Marco Carducci in the Third Place game of the 2013 U-17 CONCACAF Championships. The Canadian team also featured Whitecaps FC teammate Marco Bustos and Whitecaps FC 2’s Jordan Haynes. Also, during the U-17 CONCACAF Championships, Flores’ Honduras team played against ‘Caps teammate Kianz Froese and team Cuba during the group stage.
