Whitecaps FC Summer Camps are in full swing! -

Vancouver Whitecaps FC Summer Camps are in full swing.  


On Thursday morning, defender Jay DeMerit made a special visit to the interior to check in on the Skills Camp at Marshall Field in Vernon, BC.


Next week, midfielder Gershon Koffie will be at Aberdeen Hall Field in Kelowna for their Summer Skills Camp. For more information on all upcoming Okanagan Skills Camps, visit whitecapsfc.com/youth/programs/camps/okanagan.


Skills Camps are taking place throughout the Lower Mainland over the coming weeks. Next week, goalkeeper David Ousted will be making an appearance at the camp at Inter River Fields in North Vancouver. Up north this weekend, ‘Caps midfielder Bryce Alderson and club legend Carl Valentine will be at the Skills Camp in Prince George. For more information on Northern Skills camp, visit whitecapsfc.com/youth/programs/camps/northern-skills-camp.


Finally, next Friday Whitecaps FC will hold the club’s annual Prospects Residential Camp at the National Soccer Development Centre at UBC. Participants will live, eat, and breathe soccer full-time while training at the official Whitecaps FC training centre. Players will stay for four days and three nights, including all food and accommodation and will receive a special visit from Whitecaps FC midfielder Kekuta Manneh. Come Sunday, campers will meet other Whitecaps FC players and watch the ‘Caps take on FC Dallas at BC Place.
