VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC confirmed today that centre back Carlyle Mitchell (Trinidad & Tobago) and striker Darren Mattocks (Jamaica) have been called up by their respective national teams for international duty.
Mitchell will depart on Sunday to join his nation in preparation for three Caribbean Cup qualification matches. The Soca Warriors will host Group 7, playing the Dominican Republic on October 8, Saint Lucia on October 10, and Antigua and Barbuda on October 12.
