In the midst of the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup being held in Canada, former New Zealand international and current Whitecaps FC Girls Elite REX head coach Emma Humphries visited the club's Kootenay Academy over the weekend.
“We also have really important academies outside of Vancouver so me being the head coach of the girls program, it’s important that I get out and see all the kids,” Humphries told the Nelson Star.
