What about my membership?
While we await details of the revised schedule, we’d like to remind you of our benefits plan for all ‘Caps Club Members that was shared in June. All ‘Caps Club Members in good financial standing will receive the following benefits.
Your investment for any match that is impacted, played at an out-of-market neutral site or played without fans will be automatically credited to your membership account and applied to your 2021 membership balance. If you have any further questions about this, please contact us here
'Caps Club Members will receive an additional 10% bonus credit for every dollar rolled over toward your 2021 membership for home matches that are impacted, played at a neutral site or played without fans during the 2020 season. This bonus credit can be utilized during the 2021 MLS regular season and Canadian Championship matches for add-on components such as additional tickets or ticket upgrades.
If you are on our monthly payment plan, your last payment was processed on June 15. We have frozen your July 15 and August 15 payments. This payment freeze is automatic and requires no further communication from you. Your remaining balance for the 2021 Season (minus what is rolled over from 2020), will have payments that begin again on September 15, 2020 and run for 10 months until June 15, 2021. Anyone who has paid in full for 2020 Season Tickets will not be charged further when payments restart in September 2020 for the 2021 season, pending the use of tickets for any home matches played during the remainder of the 2020 season.
All 2020 'Caps Club Members who roll their payments over into 2021 will receive the lowest per match member price (the 2020 12% sales campaign price) for 2021 in their seating category.
For any Vancouver Whitecaps FC matches played in 2020 or 2021 where fans are permitted to attend, whether seated in a physically distanced configuration or otherwise - members will have first rights to purchase available seating using money on account, based upon capacity.
