Welcome to the 'Caps Creators. Where we're not just redefining the game, we're rewriting the rules.

The 'Caps Creators Program invites artists from the Vancouver community to join the club for a specified project to help push sports x culture forward. This program aims to help develop capacity and skills for the selected artists by creating opportunities for them to gain tangible experience working in a sports team environment and gain essential, transferable business skills.

Q: How will my application be evaluated?

Representatives of Whitecaps FC marketing and community & social impact team will review submissions. Should you require any accommodation throughout the recruitment process, please do not hesitate to contact our People & Culture department.

Q: Who can apply?

  • Must live or work within the Greater Vancouver Area
  • Must be over the age of 18

Q: What will I receive if selected?

  • Honorarium towards the development of their art
  • Opportunity to work on a Whitecaps FC project (includes fee to be agreed upon between club and artist)
  • Promotion via the Whitecaps FC channels
