Canada MNT open World Cup qualifying with 5-1 win over Bermuda

Canada's men's national team opened World Cup qualifying with a commanding 5-1 win over Bermuda on Thursday at Exploria Stadium in Orlando, Florida. Cyle Larin scored a hat-trick, all assisted by Whitecaps FC BMO Academy System product Alphonso Davies. Richie Laryea added another, assisted by another 'Caps academy grad in Sam Adekugbe, with newcomer Theo Corbeanu rounding out the scoring. 


Whitecaps FC striker Lucas Cavallini started up top for the Red & White with Davies at left wing and Adekugbe at left back.
