NASHVILLE, TN – A strong showing continued for the Vancouver Whitecaps FC MLS Academy at the MLS NEXT Cup Playoffs on Monday.
This time it was the U-17s who advanced to the Round of 16 with a 3-1 win over Michigan Wolves, after the match was postponed on Sunday due to inclement weather.
Rayan Elloumi scored twice in the first half, and Zario Reyes added a goal in the second half in the victory.
The U-17s will now face Players Development Academy on Tuesday, June 18.
