For the best stadium entry experience, Whitecaps FC and BC Place recommend fans do not bring a bag to the stadium. If you do:

- One small opaque bag, but it can’t be larger than 6.5”x 8.5”

Kid Captain
Whitecaps FC are honoured to have Jack Matheson from BC Transplant as Kid Captain for Friday's match versus Sporting Kansas City.
Jack was just nine months old when he was diagnosed with a genetic condition that damages the lungs and liver. Over the years, as Jack's symptoms worsened, the only treatment left was a liver transplant. Jack was placed on the waitlist for a deceased donor transplant in February 2018. Luckily, an anonymous living donor came forward a few months later. After his liver transplant, it didn’t take long for Jack to get back to sports, including volleyball, basketball, and tennis, but his favourite, of course, is soccer. Jack first started going to Whitecaps games when his grandpa, Papa Wayne, became a season ticket holder. The pair love going to games and cheering on their team.
