That was the last time that the 'Caps hosted MLS Academy competition in Vancouver.
This coming Saturday, September 25, the 'Caps boys academy will finally return to league action in their inaugural matches in MLS NEXT as they host rivals Seattle Sounders FC at UBC's Dhillon Field.
Incidentally, those previous matches in 2018 were also against Seattle.
The U-15s will kick off at 1 p.m. PT, followed by the U-17s at 3 p.m. PT.
