- Fans utilizing the mobile ticketing option are reminded to ensure electronic tickets are downloaded to your device and ready to scan prior to entry.
- Upon arriving at the gate, guests are asked to remove metal objects from pockets and hold them in your hands for inspection. If the metal detector alarm sounds, guests will be required to participate in a secondary screening prior to entering the venue.
- Fans are advised that Gates A & H are the two most popular, and therefore busiest, entry points at the stadium. If you experience a lineup at a given gate, please remember that you can enter the stadium at any alternate gate, except Gate F.
- Finally, guests are encouraged to leave large bags at home, as all bags are subject to inspection and those larger than 14’’x 14’’x 6'' are not permitted.
We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of our guests. Due to these increased safety procedures, we strongly recommend early arrival to Whitecaps FC matches. Click here for more information regarding the BC Place entry procedures.
